We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve our streaming service. Under the GDPR, we process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:

Note: If you choose not to provide necessary account information, you will not be able to log in or use the App's streaming services.
3. Mobile Application Permissions
To provide core functionality, the App may request access to certain device features. You can enable or disable these permissions at any time through your device’s operating system settings:
Location Services: Used strictly to determine if you are in an approved region to watch geographically restricted live broadcasts. We do not track your continuous physical movements.
Push Notifications: Used to send you live event reminders, programming updates, and important account alerts.
Network & Storage Access: Required for secure communication with our streaming servers and to temporarily buffer video content for smooth playback.
4. Payments and Financial Data
The App functions as a viewer for digital content and subscriptions managed via our web platform (www.equisport.tv). The App does not directly process, collect, or store any credit card or financial payment data. All billing and subscription management is handled securely outside the App by authorized third-party payment providers.
5. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share limited technical data with trusted third-party service providers required to operate the App securely:
Google Crashlytics / Firebase: We use these tools to monitor app stability and collect crash reports. These services process technical data (such as device state at the time of a crash) to help us fix bugs quickly.
International Transfers: Most of your data is processed within the EU/EEA. However, certain technical diagnostic data processed by Google may be transferred outside the EEA. We ensure these transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses or other valid legal frameworks under the GDPR.
6. Data Retention & Mandatory Account Deletion
We retain your personal data only for as long as your account remains active or as required to fulfill our legal obligations.
In-App Account Deletion: You have the right to permanently delete your account and all associated personal data at any time. You can do this directly within the App by navigating to the Account Settings menu and selecting "Delete Account", or by submitting a written request to support@equisport.tv. Upon confirmation, your data will be securely erased or anonymized within 30 days.

We implement strict technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel using multi-factor authentication, and all data transmissions between the App and our servers are encrypted.

As a user residing in the EU/EEA, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Right of Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to Rectification: You may request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to Erasure: You may request the complete deletion of your data (Right to be Forgotten).
Right to Restrict Processing: You may object to or restrict how your data is used for certain analytical purposes.
Right to Withdraw Consent: Where you have granted permissions (e.g., location access), you may withdraw it at any time via your device settings.

10. Children's Privacy
The App and our streaming services are not directed at, nor intended for, children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from anyone under 18 years of age. If you are under 18, please do not attempt to register for the App or send any personal information to us.
If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under the age of 18 without verified parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that a child under 18 may have provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at support@equisport.tv.
11. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect technical updates or changes in legal requirements. Any significant changes will be communicated to you via the App or through the email address associated with your account.
