1. General
These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between you as a user (“User”) and Equisport Media Services AB (“Equisport”) regarding the use of Equisport’s web-TV services (“Service”).
2. Age Requirement
To enter into this Agreement, the User must be at least 18 years old.
3. Registration
Access to the Service requires the User to register and create an account.
The User is responsible for providing accurate information and keeping login details secure. Account sharing is prohibited.
4. Price and Payment
Current subscription types and prices are available at www.equisport.tv
. All prices include VAT.
Any operator fees are charged separately by the operator.
Payment is made by bank, debit, or credit card (Swedish bank cards, Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard). The subscription fee is charged at purchase and thereafter monthly until cancelled.
The User is responsible for keeping card details up to date and ensuring sufficient funds. In case of non-payment, Equisport may charge statutory fees and interest, invoice the remaining subscription period or terminate the Agreement.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The User has a 14-day right of withdrawal under distance selling regulations.
The withdrawal right ends once the User starts using the Service, as the content is provided digitally and immediately.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content in the Service is protected by copyright. The User may only use the Service for private, non-commercial purposes and must not:
copy, distribute or make the content available to the public
use the content commercially
share login credentials
circumvent technical protection measures
Unauthorised distribution may lead to legal action and liability for damages.
7. Technical Requirements
The Service requires a compatible device and a stable internet connection.

8. Equisport’s Liability
Equisport is not liable for errors caused by the User’s equipment, internet provider, power outages, or other circumstances beyond Equisport’s control.
If the User can demonstrate that an error is attributable to Equisport, compensation may be provided in accordance with section 9.
Equisport is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Complaints and Compensation
Compensation may be granted if:
the error is material, and
the User submits a written complaint within two months of the error occurring.
The complaint must include programme, time, operator, contact details and a detailed description of the issue.
10. User Responsibilities
The User may only use the Service privately and lawfully. The following is prohibited:
copying or distributing content
sharing account access
circumventing technical protection
commercial use of the Service
Violation constitutes a material breach and may result in immediate suspension without refund and liability for damages. Repeated violations may result in blocking the User’s IP or payment method.
11. Processing of Personal Data
Equisport processes personal data during registration and use of the Service. Data is used to:
fulfil this Agreement
provide and customise the Service
perform statistics and analysis
deliver marketing, including direct marketing
The User may withdraw consent or request access, correction, or deletion of personal data at any time.

12. Changes to Terms
Equisport may amend this Agreement, the Service, or its content. Users will be notified of material changes via e-mail or www.equisport.tv
.
If the change is materially disadvantageous, the User may terminate the Agreement within 30 days.
Failure to do so constitutes acceptance.
13. Duration and Termination
Subscriptions continue until cancelled by the User through My Page. Termination takes effect for the next billing period.
Equisport may terminate the Agreement immediately if:
the Service is discontinued or materially changed
the User breaches the Agreement
Pre-paid amounts will be refunded for any remaining period if the Service is discontinued.
14. Assignment
Equisport may assign this Agreement to a third party. The User may not assign their rights under this Agreement.
15. Disputes
Swedish law applies. Disputes should first be resolved through dialogue. Users may submit complaints to consumer authorities or bring the matter before a court.
